Due to the nature of our custom-designed products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Each product is uniquely tailored for your experience, making it ineligible for return or resale.

 

Refunds

As we do not accept returns, refunds are generally not available. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to review your case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement of the defective item.
